'The Weary Kind," main theme from the motion picture "Crazy Heart," won Best Song at the 82nd Academy Awards on Sunday, March 7, 2010 (Early March 8 in Europe and eastern countries).

"Crazy Heart" is the story of Bad Blake (Jeff Bridges, winner of the Oscar for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for it), a broken-down, hard-living country singer who crosses paths with Jean (Maggie Gyllenhaal), a journalist who discovers the real man behind the musician and his search for redemption. Jeff Bridges took home the Golden Globe for Best Drama Actor.

Composed by Ryan Bingham and T. Bone Burnett, and played live by Ryan on this video, the song describes Blake's crazy heart; the one that got him into so many marriages, his too many years on the road, and one too many drinks far too many times.
