He's a mountain biker, a snowboarder, and a surfer and also creates some of the coolest eyewear around; his name, Gerhard Fuchs (pronounced "fooks"). Designer of Titan Minimal Art, the world's lightest frame weighing less than three paper clips, for Silhouette International, he is also the sole creator of Adidas Eyewear making him the man behind the shades in the full sense of the phrase.

Fuchs, who lives in the Austrian Alps, designs from home on his computer although he visits his clients' main offices every other week. This lifestyle makes him consider himself to be a lucky man. Not only for being able to live in contact with nature, but also because he can enjoy several of the sports he loves without having to go very far.
